There's a better way to lead.

Lead Relationally offers an approach that encourages leaders to engage with their team as whole people — mess and all. By walking alongside others, both metaphorically and literally, we believe the best in all of us comes out.

You Don't Need Another Leadership Shortcut

Leading relationally means understanding that the best way to lead someone is to come alongside them, person to person. It’s knowing they can feel your full commitment to them as an individual — not just to the task, the organization, or the goals. It’s seeing people as both the means and the end of leadership, not a way to get there.

We know this because it’s our own journey. We’ve had gurus in our lives, and they were helpful — but the most valuable people were the ones who gave us their time and walked with us. They stayed alongside us long enough that we didn’t just find answers, we became better leaders because of it.

Meet Chris and Brad, two guys who discovered that there’s a better way to lead.

Somewhere during their combined 50 years of leading people, they realized what truly makes a difference in people’s lives.
